Burnt garlic with spinach

Healthy simple easy and delicious.

Method

Wash the spinach and snap off the roots, keep some of the stems though they are great fibre. Steam until just soft.
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan, and add the chopped garlic. Fry for a few minutes until just golden brown. Add in the steamed spinach with the tamari and sesame oil and mix around for only a minute or two.
Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • bunch of spinach
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • dash of olive oil
  • dash of sesame oil
  • dash of tamari (or soy sauce)
