Fresh Iced Tea (non-alcoholic)

Enjoy the odd, peeking heat in Autumn with homemade peach or lemon iced tea. Perfect for lying poolside.

Method

1. Boil the kettle. In a glass, add desired amount of raw sugar (2-4 teaspoons per glass) and teabag. Once the water is hot, add a small amount, enough just to dissolve the sugar.

2. Fill the glass with cold water and ice cubes, leaving in the tea bag until the liquid is at a desired strength and colour.

3. Stir all together, remove tea bag and add sliced peaches or lemon to the mix.

For an intense, fruity flavour, leave the mixture with fruit in the fridge overnight and consume the next day.
