Pork Chops flavoured with cloves and honey.

Quick and easy, the cloves flavour pairs really nicely with the pork.
Method
Dice the bacon and cook in a pan with onion, using the fat from the bacon as your oil substitute.
Once the onions have begun to caramelise add the pork chops on top along with cloves and a drizzle of honey over the meat
cook for 5 mins then finish in the oven for 10 mins
Serve with bacon and onion bits and segments of orange on top for a taste of fresh
*warn dinner guests of cloves, alternatively powder could be used.
Serve with choice of veg.

- Bacon rashons 1/2 rashon per chop
- 2 small red onions
- Whole Cloves
- Honey
- 1 Orange
- Choice of Veg; in this case i chose
- Red Rascal Potatoes-oven baked
- Asparagus

I love the use of orange in this dish
