Masaman Mussels

Spicy, tasty Masaman Curry Mussels
Method
Fry the masaman paste in a heavy based pan until it becomes too hard to breathe from the chili
Add the coconut cream, bring to the boil and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
Add the Mussels, put a lid on the pan and increase to a high heat. Cook for 4-5 minutes until they open.
Eat, and dip the bread into the pan.
Ingredients
- 250ml coconut cream
- 50g good masaman paste
- 500g mussels
- Pan or le crouset thingo with a lid
- Bread
