Prawn and spinach omelette

Felt like fish, but the only thing in the fridge was spinach and eggs, so I got prawns and made an Asian style omelette.
Method
Roughly chop spinach and fry in oil until brown in large frying pan
Add prawns, 40ml oyster sauce, couple tablespoons soy sauce and teaspoon fish sauce and stir until prawns are colored.
Add eggs, mix and cook for 2 mins until eggs set
Eat!

- Bunch old school spinach
- 400g peeled local school prawns
- Oyster sauce
- Soy sauce
- Fish sauce
- Salt
- Oil
- Jap chilli powder
