BBQ'd Beets

Your BBQ will win at life if you serve this along with your meats. It is so simple and delicious and the colours just make you happy as a happy person from happy land.

Method

Cut the leaves off the beetroot and use in any other salad. Cut the stalks off and slice the beets into either half or quarters. Place in some foil and cover with some good olive oil and a good seasoning of salt. Make a package out of the foil and place on a hot BBQ for about 20mins. Allow to cool and serve with either meat or fish.

  • 1 x bunch organic beetroot
  • good olive oil
  • sea salt flakes
