Croque Garçon

This is not quite a Monsieur as it doesn't have the white sauce, but I melted some very good brie instead. And finally the last bit of the MASSIVE ham from xmas was used up!
Croque Garçon rocks your post beach hunger.
Method
Heat some oil in a pan and fry he bread one side till nice and golden brown. Remove from pan and make a sandwich with the rest of the ingredients with the untoasted part of the bread on the outside. Return to pan and fry on either side for a few mins until cheese has melted.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of nice crusty italian bread
- good glug of your finest olive oil
- 5 pitted black olives chopped
- fresh chunky ham off the bone
- thick slices of brie
