satay chilli crab

blue swimmer crab with a satay made from scratch using whats laying around rather than a pre made mix that you forgot to buy.
ive got a habit of cooking to taste so there is a bit of lee way with the following info!
Method
steam veges seperately, breifly so they are still crunchy.
mix oil, garlic, onion, coriander, basil , lemon grass & chilli together quickly in a hot wok. doesnt take long, maybe 30 seconds.
add peanut butter, honey and soy sauce and heat until all is back to heat.
add crab and cook until colour is achieved.
pour in coconut milk and heat until boil, then turn off heat.
add veges and sprinkle over with coriander leaf.
Ingredients
- crab, one to four depends on how much you like them
- mixed veges, any thing fresh really
- one large onion
- rice, brown or jasmine, or any you like.
- sauce:
- couple of stalks lemon grass
- vege or macadamia or grape oil
- garlic to taste
- about five table spoon peanut butter
- about five tables poon soy sauce
- one table spoon honey
- coriander root x four, or powder
- fresh basil but dried is ok
- one can coconut milk
- chilli - as much as you like!
