Baked swedes and potatoes with cumin seeds and sumac

I substituted the zucchini and fennel for swedes. What an simple and full flavoured dish to accompany just about anything.
Method
preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
mix all vegetables together and place in a large baking tray
sprinkle over all the herbs and seeds and mix through
stir through the dash of vinegar and oils
bake till golden brown - about 20 mins
serve with with any other dish or on their own
Ingredients
- 4 new potatoes roughly chopped
- 2 swedes roughly choppped
- 3 garlic cloves peeled and chopped
- dash of red wine vinegar
- dash of peanut oil
- dash of olive oil
- small handful of cumin seeds
- half small handful of caraway seeds
- small handful of sumac
