- mung bean sprouts
- half an avocado
- handful sunflower seeds
- handful cashews
- three handfuls of butter lettuce
- one carrot - finely sliced
- handful of parsley
- half a cucumber finely sliced
- small tin of sardines
- sat and pepper to taste
- dash of nice olive oil
