Salsa Verde

the secret the good salsa verde is tomatillos, you can't make a good Mexican green sauce without them, you also need to chose your chilies wisely, I used habaneros for this one, watch out - you thought tabasco sauce was hot
Method
blend all ingredients together and use sparingly over any Mexican dish or steaks
Ingredients
- 6 tomatillos
- half bunch of coriander - using all the stalks
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 habanero chilies
- 1 spanish onion
- juice of one lime
