Hand made blue corn tortillas

I'm still perfecting this dish so will keep posting back when I re-make them. Feel free to experiment also and give me some advice.
Method
place the flour water and salt into a kitchen Aid (or whatever you have) and let it knead it all together for about 15 mins
then let sit for another 15mins, check the dough for its consistency and when you think its ready to roll pull small pieces off an start making flat pancakes with your hands, when you have a good round place it in between two sheets of thick plastic (I used an old Ikea bag) and roll it out flat - you will need to use lots of flour to cover the plastic so it doesn't stick
when you have nice flat round dry fry in a large pan till it just starts to brown, don't cook through completely the depth of the flavour will come from slightly wet blue corn mix
serve with Mexican Chicken and refried beans

- 200gm blue corn tortilla flour - Maseca Azul
- 100gm bakers flour
- pinch salt
- 100 mls water
