spring vege side dish

simple and seasonal spring veges don't need much fancy schmancy
Method
prepare pasta, i like to snap small so it's easier to mix oil and veges through.
broad beans - peel, blanch, peel again fry in butter
aparagus - blanch then chop into bite sized bits
spring onion - slice finely and fry in whatever oil you like.
mix veges through pasta, season simply with salt and pepper
