Yummy Ocean Trout

Quick Grilled and Easy to Serve 2

Method

Dice potatoes to 2cm cubes, drizzle in olive oil and salt and pepper and place in 180 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
Mix olive oil, lemon zest, garlic and rosemary and then add to trout. Leave for 15 minutes.
Grill trout under grill for 5 minutes.
Serve spinach and balsamic and roast potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 x Ocean Trout Fillets
  • A couple of sprigs of rosemary
  • 1/2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 x lemon zest
  • 1 x T olive oil
  • 4 x Desiree Potatoes
  • baby spinach
  • balsamic vinegar
