Green Smoothie Day 1

I tasted the original Bob Brown green smoothie in Tassie on the weekend, apparently after a week of these we will be feeling on top of the world.... I'll keep you posted

Method

place all in a blender with some water and blend until there are no lumpy bits

Ingredients

  • 1 x kiwi fruit - peeled
  • 2 x mandarins - peeled
  • handful of spinach leaves
  • handful of celery leaves
  • handful of coriander
  • handful of dark green kale

way to go, can you do it. It looks sufficiently smooth too,if they are too lumpy it can be a bit hard to swallow, and I particularly like having to chew my drink
