Tofu Love You Long Time

Tofu needs flavour and this dish packs a punch
Method
heat oil in the pan and fry up the finely chopped onion and garlic add in the tofu cubed with the shrimp paste
fry for a 2 minutes on high and add in the dark and light soy sauce add in about 1/4 cup of water and let it boil when its really boiling add in the chopped spinach and let is steam for about 1 minute serve on the special rice

- half bunch spinach
- half pkt hard tofu
- one onion
- clove garlic
- tsp shrimp paste
- dash dark soy sauce
- dash light soy sauce
- dash sesame oil
