ginger chicken salad
very very easy & very very yummy!
Method
chop chicken and place in bowl with ginger, pour in your honey, splash in your soy throw in your garlic and chilli give it all a good stir then heat some oil in a wok put chicken in stir ...while the chicken is cooking chop all your salad ingredients which can very depending on whats in the fridge place them lovingly into a bowl then when the chicken is cooked place on top garnish with a little coriander serve with a smile & you may not have to wash up
Ingredients
- 1 fillet of organic chicken
- 1 or 2 chillis depending on your flavour
- big splash of honey
- 2 garlic cloves
- big dash of soy sauce
- a fist full of grated ginger once again depending on your flavour
- some iceberg lettuce
- some rocket
- cherry tomatoes
- bean sprouts
- avocado
