pear surprise

this salad is so easy and surprisingly delish I've served it at BBQs and with a baked chook very impressive with the grating of the parmesan on arrival at the table real chef style !!!

Method

find the fanciest salad dish you own open pkt of rocket rinse and spread over plate slice the pear and arrange however your artistic talents allow i normally then place in the fridge until ready to serve ...when you are, place on table and grate or shave some parmesan cheese over the top and voila guests are impressed and you will be to as this very yummo
