hand made chapati with ham and ricotta

chapatis are easier than toast and so much more tasty

Method

get a bowl with sides and put flour semolina in
add a tiny dash of oil and mix around
add tiny bits of water while you knead the mixture
keep kneading till its really elastic
roll out
fry in a dry pan till it starts to brown or puff up
when browned serve with ham and ricotta

Ingredients

  • 2 hand fulls of flour - anykind
  • half handful semolina
  • water
  • tiny dash of oil - i use rice bran but you can use anything
  • ham slices
  • ricotta
