hand made chapati with ham and ricotta

chapatis are easier than toast and so much more tasty
Method
get a bowl with sides and put flour semolina in
add a tiny dash of oil and mix around
add tiny bits of water while you knead the mixture
keep kneading till its really elastic
roll out
fry in a dry pan till it starts to brown or puff up
when browned serve with ham and ricotta
Ingredients
- 2 hand fulls of flour - anykind
- half handful semolina
- water
- tiny dash of oil - i use rice bran but you can use anything
- ham slices
- ricotta
