Fried beetroot fail

I sliced beets really fine and thought I'd try to fry them in garlic. Definite fail.

Method

heat oil fry onions and garlic for a few minutes and then chuck in the beetroot slices
it won't work, but serve it on rice and put some salt on it to hide the fail
