Mummy's magic meatball's !! with some little master chef help

We have all had the winter meatballs but you must try these yummy spring-summer delicious fresh tasting ones and the best part the little people chefs roll them for you giving you time to whip up the side salad !!
Method
chop chop chop add all into bowl get the little master chefs to roll roll roll then heat your wok or pan with some oil throe in some of the rolled balls brown then remove repeat process till all cooked add them back to wok add napoletana sauce simmer for 5-10 mins i normally time this on getting the salad and bowls salt pepper and parmesan ready ! of course by now i ve boiled the water for the pasta which ever flavour you choose i normally pick linguine or thin spaghetti serve when cooked top with magic meatballs dish serve with salad and voila some very happy campers
Ingredients
- 100 grms chicken mince
- 500 grms pork mince
- 3-4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- rind of 1 lemon and 2 teaspoons of juice
- 1 spanish onion finely chopped
- 1-2 teaspoons italian herbs
- some sorry not sure how much finely chopped continental parsley
- a jar of napoletana sauce
- shaved parmesan to taste
- pasta -linguine
