All in together girls

This is the perfect recipe for using all of the last bits and bobs in your fridge at the end of the week. It's all go bananas before the next shop. Replace rice with mixed leaves for a carb free go health dinner.
Method
heat the oil in the pan, throw in your spices for about 30 seconds to temper them
fry up the onion with the garlic for about 3 mins
then add in all of the veg and stir it around on high for a few minutes
soft tofu i like scrambled eggs, i jut put the block in the pan and move it about a bit
serve on lettuce leaves with fresh coriander, sesame seeds and chia seeds
Ingredients
- Any veggies left in your fridge, for this one I used:
- soft tofu
- onion
- garlic chopped
- zucchini
- mushrooms
- capsicum
- fresh turmeric
- sesame seeds
- chia seeds
- cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground chilli
