sunday brekky omelette

i love making omelette's they are easy, yummy and always impressive
Method
Oil up your wok then fry all diced and chopped ingredients together I usually judge this on the bacon if its cooked then its ready. Remove from, wok place into a bowl. Make sure your wok is not to hot by now and it has enough oil beat your eggs roughly and pour into it. Move wok around to the size of your omelette then when its almost cooked on the bottom add your bowl of cooked mix and add your cheese. Flip the other side of the omelette over to cover the mix and wait for the cheese to melt then voila!! Serve with toast if you like
eat immediately !!
note if you are making more than one add more to your mix in the begining but only do one omelette at a time it doesn't take to much longer and assures success for each omelette!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs per omelette
- rash of bacon
- 1/4 tomato diced
- 1 or 2 mushrooms chopped
- about 2 tsp or less of green capsicum
- some diced onion
- half a handful of grated cheese
