Squash the juice out and add yeast.
Put in bottles.
Fucking wine.....bring on the beer.

That is a obviously a gross and unjust simplification.

Sometimes the wine comes and out shit, and there is a skill in blending it with good stuff so no one notices. Probably. I call it 'burying bad brews'.
