Life Be In It Stir Fry

This meal makes you wake up with a flat tummy.
Method
put a wok on the stove with half a cup of water, throw in the broccoli, carrot and cabbage and steam for a few minutes
chop the coriander stalks and throw in and stir around with the tempeh and black bean paste - i prefer this nutty flavour
fry for a further 5 mins max
serve on the bean sprouts with yoghurt, fresh coriander leaf and chia seeds
Ingredients
- broccoli - small bunch chopped
- garlic - three cloves
- packet bean sprouts
- tempeh chopped in bits
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1/8th red cabbage sliced up
- bunch coriander
- chia seeds
- natural yoghurt
- either black bean paste, soy or chilli paste
