Life Be In It Stir Fry

This meal makes you wake up with a flat tummy.

Method

put a wok on the stove with half a cup of water, throw in the broccoli, carrot and cabbage and steam for a few minutes
chop the coriander stalks and throw in and stir around with the tempeh and black bean paste - i prefer this nutty flavour
fry for a further 5 mins max
serve on the bean sprouts with yoghurt, fresh coriander leaf and chia seeds

Ingredients

  • broccoli - small bunch chopped
  • garlic - three cloves
  • packet bean sprouts
  • tempeh chopped in bits
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 1/8th red cabbage sliced up
  • bunch coriander
  • chia seeds
  • natural yoghurt
  • either black bean paste, soy or chilli paste
