Ginger Sesame Tofu with greens and sprouted beans

Yummy and super easy and its all the way to healthy town. Its oil free but full of flavour and so quick for a weeknight.
Method
place cup of rice into 2 cups of water and put on very low heat with a tight lid, you can then walk away for half an hour and do whatever you want
place 1/2 cup of water into the wok and bring to the boil then place in the broc, ginger and garlic
steam for 5 minutes
while this is steaming, fry the tofu in some sesame oil and a dash of tamari till crispy on the outside
throw in the choy sum for 1 minute and add the sprouts
serve on the rice, with the tofu and then put some yoghurt on the top to serve
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 4 knobs garlic, peeled and chopped roughly
- 1 inch ginger, peeled and chopped roughly
- one bunch of coriander, chop stems separately
- bunch broccoli chopped with stems
- bunch of choy sum chopped
- sprouted grains and beans - 1/2 cup
- natural yoghurt
- 200gms hard tofu
- sesame oil
- tamari
