Tomatillos at Bondi Markets

Tomatillos are essential to Salsa Verde in Mexican cuisine its hard to emulate the flavour if you don't have them. But its really hard to find them in Australia unless you wander the aisles of overly priced fancy pant food suppliers for the tinned version.

So today finding this little booty at Bondi Markets made me so excited. Watch this space for the salsa to come!
