Circa Espresso set to re-open on January 30th

Craig Griffith's from Parramatta tells us the good news that Circa Espresso is re-opening on January 30th.

It opened in 2011 and was forced to close by Council due to it popularity. It has been closed now for months and is due to open on January 30 2012.

It is set in a driveway between two building in Wentworth Street. The place is only 2 meters wide and about 11 Meters deep. Using portable cooking equipment they turn on 5 star meals based on fresh produce. People queue to get in and Craig has stood in the rain waiting to get in. They turn out over 150 meals from this driveway. The menus are written on brown paper everyday as it changes based on what was good at the markets. They have no freezer and only a fridge for dairy.

You can get a pasta or baked eggs for under $10. This place sounds like a diamond, small and rare.
