Vietnamese Food Festival - of sorts

Traditionally speaking, Vietnamese cuisine is inspired by three unique regions – the North, South and Central Vietnam.
This November, The Grace Hotel is holding their own Flavours of Vietnam Food Festival, with a delectable menu created by 3 talented chefs from these regions.
From 11th November – 27th November, the Grace Brasserie is transformed into a Vietnamese Food ‘le hoi’ as guests can taste the age old flavours and experience the techniques that make up the authentic menu, prepared by Vietnamese chefs specially flown in from each of these regions. Promising a buffet consisting of salads, live cooking stations, soup, mains and desserts, this is all apparently healthy for your mind and soul.
Chef Vo Sy Dung from the North region said, “we are honoured to have the opportunity to share our food and culture with the Australian people. Our unique regions are the inspiration for our menu choices created for the festival using a balance of fresh herbs and meats, as well as a selective use of spices to enjoy a fine taste.”
