This week’s good news is similar to last week (i.e. bananas, mangoes, stone fruit & avocados) plus lettuce, broccoli and caulies are continuing to flow in. The bargain of the week has got to be cucumbers and leafy greens, while New Zealand tomatoes are in very good supply. Refer below for full breakdown,

The Good News:
Avocado (well priced)
Beans - Green and Handpicked (prices eased and good supply)
Beetroot (large better)
Broccoli (prices cheap)
Cabbage (all good)
Chilli (Red and Birdseye easing)
Red, Green and Yellow Capsicum (all cheap)
Cauliflower (good and cheap)
Celeriac (good)
Celery (good and cheap)
Corn (plenty and cheap)
Eggplant (QLD now and prices cheap)
Fennel
Oranges (CHEAP!)
Blood Oranges (plenty about)
Strawberries (great quality and cheap)
Grapefruit
Kiwi fruit (good quality and cheap)
Leek (good quality and plenty about)
Lettuce (prices down)
Mandarins (good quality and cheap)
Mango (plenty about)
Mushrooms (Button are good and Flat getting better),
Parsnip (plenty about)
Peas, Snowpeas and Sugarsnap (Australian best & cheap)
Tomato (prices easing)

The Not so Good News:
Chilli (Green scarce)
Cucumber (Telegraph and Lebanese price rising)
Ginger (still high price)
Kumera (limited supply)
Lemons (prices heading up)
Limes (high prices)
Mandarin (quality on the way out)
Melons (prices not great)
Onions (Brown up in price)
Butternut Pumpkin (very pricey)
